IBM has graciously offered to sponsor (code word for it is no charge to all the attendees) two all day workshops at Code Stars Summit (repeating content).  That is to say if you sign up for this all day workshop to learn about  the IBM Bluemix open-standards cloud-based platform for building, managing and running all types of apps and services there will be no charge.
